Pricing

All prices are quoted in NZD$ dollars. 

For New Zealand customers:
Shipping & handling charges and taxes will be added at check out.

For International customers:
Shipping & handling will be added at check out. Additional taxes and/or customs fees may be charged by local governments. These fees will be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping

We usually ship via New Zealand Courier. We may use the equivalent services by other carriers, such as DHL, without any notice. There are postal services options, depending on the goods and delivery location.  Please provide us with your full name, address and post code.

We ship our goods within 7 – 14 business days. If the items are not in stock, we will contact you by email. Please make sure that you enter correct email address. We will send you an email when we ship the goods.

Payment

We accept either Internet banking (for our account details please e-mail us) or credit card (VISA/MASTER/AMEX/) payment for online order. If you prefer to pay by your credit card, please e-mail us your credit card details. We will process your order after clearance.

Cancel or Change your order

If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will accept the cancellation or change your order if the goods have not been shipped.


Return Policy

If the goods are defective or different from what you ordered, we will exchange them. If this is the case, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date.


Limited Warranty

Guaranteed against manufacturing defects only. We take no responsibility for damage caused by using our products. Responsibility will not be accepted occasioned by errors or by delay in delivery.
